Snowball essays
Snowball articles The Painting Snowball by John Falter is a strange Painting that makes you wonder about what the man is out to achieve. Is it true that he is attempting to sell something? It is safe to say that he is out to raise a ruckus? Or then again is something going to happen to the man? The troubling environment bodes well something will occur. It is a very dramatic painting in light of the fact that the man is the point of convergence of the work of art and you need to discover what the man is deciding to do. The man, who is the point of convergence of the artistic creation is wearing an earthy colored jacket, and glasses that make him look obscure. The red portfolio he is clutching firmly with his left hand proposes that something critical is in it. The man watches dubious and strange in the work of art. He is remaining on the walkway with snow accumulated to his knees on the two sides when he is going to make his first strides on his excursion down the area Its a straightforward town, with tall earthy colored trees that are secured with day off. These trees line the left half of the walkway. All the trees crease to be a similar size and shape. Toward the start of the column there is a yellow sign confronting the messy street. Its a very little town with little movement other then the earthy colored vehicle descending the road out yonder. It crease that the main opportunity individuals come out of there houses is to scoop the walkways. The houses in the artistic creation are largely comparative. The houses, which line the correct side of the canvas, are generally yellow except for the principal house that has an earthy colored first floor. string(118) belt and peeled off his vest and stockings, while Jhiqui stooped by his feet to fix the bands of his riding sandals. Daenerys The flies circumnavigated Khal Drogo gradually, their wings humming, a low drone at the edge of hearing that filled Dany with fear. The sun was high and brutal. Warmth gleamed in waves off the stony outcrops of low slopes. We will compose a custom paper test on A Game of Thrones Chapter Sixty-four or on the other hand any comparative theme just for you Request Now A slender finger of sweat streamed gradually between Danyââ¬â¢s swollen bosoms. The main sounds were the consistent clop of their horsesââ¬â¢ hooves, the musical shiver of the ringers in Drogoââ¬â¢s hair, and the far off voices behind them. Dany watched the flies. They were as extensive as honey bees, gross, purplish, sparkling. The Dothraki called them bloodflies. They lived in bogs and stale pools, sucked blood from man and pony the same, and laid their eggs in the dead and biting the dust. Drogo detested them. At whatever point one drew close to him, his hand would shoot out snappy as a striking snake to close around it. She had never observed him miss. He would hold the fly inside his gigantic clench hand sufficiently long to hear its mad humming. At that point his fingers would fix, and when he opened his hand once more, the fly would be just a red smear on his palm. Presently one crawled over the rear end of his steed, and the pony gave an irate flick of its tail to brush it away. The others fluttered about Drogo, consistently nearer. The khal didn't respond. His eyes were fixed on far off earthy colored slopes, the reins free in his grasp. Underneath his painted vest, a mortar of fig leaves and solidified blue mud secured the injury on his bosom. The herbwomen had made it for him. Mirri Maz Duurââ¬â¢s poultice had tingled and consumed, and he had removed it six days back, reviling her for a maegi. The mud mortar was all the more calming, and the herbwomen made him poppy wine too. Heââ¬â¢d been drinking it intensely these previous three days; when it was not poppy wine, it was matured mareââ¬â¢s milk or pepper brew. However he barely contacted his food, and he whipped and moaned in the night. Dany could perceive how drawn his face had become. Rhaego was fretful in her stomach, kicking like a steed, yet even that didn't mix Drogoââ¬â¢s enthusiasm as it had. Each morning her eyes discovered new lines of agony all over when he woke from his grieved rest. What's more, presently this quiet. It was making her apprehensive. Since they had mounted up at day break, he had said not a word. At the point when she talked, she found no solution however a snort, and not in any case that much since noontime. One of the bloodflies arrived on the uncovered skin of the khalââ¬â¢s shoulder. Another, hovering, contacted down on his neck and crawled up toward his mouth. Khal Drogo influenced in the seat, chimes ringing, as his steed kept forward at a consistent strolling pace. Dany squeezed her heels into her silver and rode nearer. ââ¬Å"My lord,â⬠she said delicately. ââ¬Å"Drogo. My sun-and-stars.â⬠He didn't appear to hear. The bloodfly crept up under his hanging mustache and chose his cheek, in the wrinkle next to his nose. Dany panted, ââ¬Å"Drogo.â⬠Clumsily she came to over and contacted his arm. Khal Drogo brought in the seat, tilted gradually, and fell intensely from his pony. The flies dissipated for a heartbeat, and afterward hovered back to choose him where he lay. ââ¬Å"No,â⬠Dany stated, reining up. Reckless of her stomach for once, she mixed off her silver and rushed to him. The grass underneath him was earthy colored and dry. Drogo shouted out in torment as Dany bowed next to him. His breath shook cruelly in his throat, and he took a gander at her without acknowledgment. ââ¬Å"My horse,â⬠he wheezed. Dany forgot about the flies his chest, crushing one as he would have. His skin consumed underneath her fingers. The khalââ¬â¢s bloodriders had been following simply behind them. She heard Haggo yell as they jogged up. Cohollo vaulted from his pony. ââ¬Å"Blood of my blood,â⬠he said as he dropped to his knees. The other two kept to their mounts. ââ¬Å"No,â⬠Khal Drogo moaned, battling in Danyââ¬â¢s arms. ââ¬Å"Must ride. Ride. No.â⬠ââ¬Å"He tumbled from his horse,â⬠Haggo stated, gazing intently at. His expansive face was emotionless, however his voice was heavy. ââ¬Å"You must not say that,â⬠Dany let him know. ââ¬Å"We have ridden far enough today. We will camp here.â⬠ââ¬Å"Here?â⬠Haggo checked out them. The land was earthy colored and sere, cold. ââ¬Å"This is no outdoors ground.â⬠ââ¬Å"It isn't for a lady to offer us halt,â⬠said Qotho, ââ¬Å"not even a khaleesi.â⬠ââ¬Å"We camp here,â⬠Dany rehashed. ââ¬Å"Haggo, let them know Khal Drogo told the stop. In the event that any inquire as to why, say to them that my time is close and I was unable to proceed. Cohollo, raise the slaves, they should set up the khalââ¬â¢s tent without a moment's delay. Qothoââ¬Ã¢â¬ ââ¬Å"You don't order me, Khaleesi,â⬠Qotho said. ââ¬Å"Find Mirri Maz Duur,â⬠she let him know. The godswife would stroll among the other Lamb Men, in the long segment of slaves. ââ¬Å"Bring her to me, with her chest.â⬠Qotho glared down at her, his eyes hard as stone. ââ¬Å"The maegi.â⬠He spat. ââ¬Å"This I won't do.â⬠ââ¬Å"You will,â⬠Dany stated, ââ¬Å"or when Drogo wakes, he will hear why you challenged me.â⬠Incensed, Qotho wheeled his steed around and dashed off out of frustration . . . yet, Dany realized he would come back with Mirri Maz Duur, anyway little he may like it. The slaves raised Khal Drogoââ¬â¢s tent underneath a spiked outcrop of dark stone whose shadow gave some help from the warmth of the evening sun. All things being equal, it was smothering under the sandsilk as Irri and Doreah helped Dany walk Drogo inside. Thick designed floor coverings had been set down over the ground, and cushions dispersed in the corners. Eroeh, the hesitant young lady Dany had protected outside the mud dividers of the Lamb Men, set up a brazier. They extended Drogo on a woven tangle. ââ¬Å"No,â⬠he mumbled in the Common Tongue. ââ¬Å"No, no.â⬠It was all he stated, all he appeared to be equipped for saying. Doreah unfastened his emblem belt and peeled off his vest and tights, while Jhiqui bowed by his feet to fix the bands of his riding shoes. You read A Game of Thrones Chapter Sixty-four in classification Article models Irri needed to leave the tent folds open to allow in the breeze, yet Dany restricted it. She would not have any observe Drogo along these lines, in wooziness and shortcoming. At the point when her khas came up, she posted them outside at watch. ââ¬Å"Admit nobody without my leave,â⬠she told Jhogo. ââ¬Å"No one.â⬠Eroeh gazed dreadfully at Drogo where he lay. ââ¬Å"He dies,â⬠she murmured. Dany slapped her. ââ¬Å"The khal can't kick the bucket. He is the dad of the steed who mounts the world. His hair has never been trimmed. He despite everything wears the ringers his dad gave him.â⬠ââ¬Å"Khaleesi, â⬠Jhiqui stated, ââ¬Å"he tumbled from his horse.â⬠Trembling, her eyes loaded with abrupt tears, Dany got some distance from them. He tumbled from his pony! It was thus, she had seen it, and the bloodriders, and no uncertainty her handmaids and the men of her khas too. Furthermore, what number of something else? They couldn't keep it mystery, and Dany realized what that implied. A khal who couldn't ride couldn't lead, and Drogo had tumbled from his pony. ââ¬Å"We must wash him,â⬠she said obstinately. She should not permit herself to surrender. ââ¬Å"Irri, have the tub brought immediately. Doreah, Eroeh, discover water, cool water, heââ¬â¢s so hot.â⬠He was a fire in human skin. The slaves set up the substantial copper tub toward the side of the tent. When Doreah brought the principal container of water, Dany wet a length of silk to lay across Drogoââ¬â¢s forehead, over the consuming skin. His eyes took a gander at her, yet he didn't see. At the point when his lips opened, no words got away from them, just a groan. ââ¬Å"Where is Mirri Maz Duur?â⬠she requested, her understanding scoured crude with dread. ââ¬Å"Qotho will discover her,â⬠Irri said. Her handmaids filled the tub with lukewarm water that smelled of sulfur, improving it with containers of unpleasant oil and bunches of squashed mint leaves. While the shower was being readied, Dany bowed gracelessly alongside her ruler spouse, her gut incredible with their kid inside. She fixed his twist with restless fingers, as she had on the night heââ¬â¢d taken as much time as necessary, underneath the stars. His chimes she dropped cautiously, individually. He would need them again when he was well, she let herself know. A breath of air entered the tent as Aggo jabbed his head through the silk. ââ¬Å"Khaleesi, â⬠he stated, ââ¬Å"the Andal is come, and asks leave to enter.â⬠ââ¬Å"The Andalâ⬠was what the Dothraki called Ser Jorah. ââ¬Å"Yes,â⬠she stated, rising cumbersomely, ââ¬Å"send him in.â⬠She confided in the knight. He would recognize what to do on the off chance that anybody did. Ser Jorah Mormont dodged through the entryway fold and trusted that his eyes will acclimate to the duskiness. In the savage warmth of the south, he wore free pants of mottled sandsilk and open-toed riding shoes that bound up to his knee. His sheath swung from a turned horsehair belt. Under a faded white vest, he was exposed chested, skin blushed by the sun. ââ¬Å"Talk goes from mouth to ear, everywhere throughout the khalasar,â⬠he said. ââ¬Å"It is said Khal Drogo tumbled from his horse.â⬠ââ¬Å"Help him,â⬠Dany argued. ââ¬Å"For the adoration you state you bear me, help him now.â⬠The knight bowed adjacent to her. He took a gander at Drogo long and hard, and afterward at Dany. ââ¬Å"Send your house cleaners away.â⬠Silently, her throat tight with dread, Dany made a motion. Irri grouped different young ladies from the tent. At the point when they were distant from everyone else, Ser Jorah drew his blade. Deftly, with a delicacy astounding in such a major man, he started to scratch away the dark leaves and dried blue mud from Drogoââ¬â¢s chest. The mortar had solidified hard as the mud dividers of the Lamb Men, and like those dividers it cr

Anxiety Symptoms in Children
Anxiety Symptoms in Children More in Stress Management Effects on Health Management Techniques Situational Stress Job Stress Household Stress Relationship Stress It is usually expected that all children will experience some fear or anxiety from time to time. New situations, challenging tasks, and even unfamiliar people can all lead to some anxiety in most children. Other age-appropriate fears include: stranger anxiety beginning at 7 to 9 months of agefear of the dark, monsters, insects, and animals in preschoolersfear of heights or storms in younger school-age childrenworry about school and friends in older school-age children and teens It takes a little more than occasional anxiety, which can be normal, to indicate true symptoms of an anxiety disorder, though. Childhood Anxiety Symptoms As much as it is common to have occasional anxiety, it is also common for children to have anxiety disorders. In fact, anxiety disorders are more common than ADHD or childhood depression and are the most common psychiatric disorders in children. Children with true anxiety symptoms have them on most days and they can include: restlessnessfatiguetrouble concentratingirritabilitymuscle tensiontrouble sleeping (insomnia) As part of a diagnosis of a generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), a child should have one of these symptoms for six months or more, and they should be triggered by more than one thing, such as being anxious about work, school, and friends. Also, a child with a generalized anxiety disorder will have trouble controlling her feelings of worry and it will cause her distress and some kind of impairment. For example, she may be so irritable from not sleeping that she is having trouble keeping her friends or her grades are dropping because she cant concentrate. Children with generalized anxiety disorder may also have somatic symptoms, such as headaches, abdominal pain, and muscle aches and pains. Fears and Phobias in Children In addition to a generalized anxiety disorder, children can have more specific phobias.? They become anxious and worried, but only after very specific triggers, such as a thunderstorm, spiders, being left alone, or going in a swimming pool, etc. Although these children may cry and may cling to their parents if they are around or think they will be around something they are really afraid of, fortunately, most kids outgrow this type of anxiety disorder. Other Anxiety Disorder Symptoms in Children Like adults, children can also have other anxiety disorders, which range from separation anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) to panic attacks. While symptoms of separation anxiety are typically easy to recognize, a child who refuses to go to school, sleep alone, or go anywhere without a parent, other anxiety disorders can be a little harder to detect. Children with OCD, for example, may have either recurrent consuming thoughts or impulses (obsessions) about certain things or repetitive behaviors or mental acts (compulsions) that they perform, such as washing their hands a lot, checking things over and over, or repeating certain words or phrases to themselves. Although uncommon in children, panic attacks are another type of anxiety disorder that does become more common in later teen years. In addition to intense fear or discomfort, children having a panic attack should have four or more of the following symptoms: palpitations or a fast heart ratesweatingshakingfeeling short of breathfeeling chokedchest painnausea or abdominal paindizzinessnumbness or tingling (paresthesias)chills or hot flashesfear of losing controla feeling of unreality (derealization) or being detached from oneself (depersonalization) Of all of the anxiety disorders in children, selective mutism is perhaps the one that is most commonly overlooked, as people think these children are just extremely shy. Children with selective mutism actually refuse to talk though and may only talk to close family members at home. At school or in other situations, they often become anxious and very uncomfortable when they are expected to talk. What to Do If Your Child Experiences Persistent Anxiety Symptoms Your pediatrician, a child psychologist, and/or a child psychiatrist can be helpful if your child has persistent anxiety symptoms.

Traditionally, when women are thought about, they are presented in a way of being the caregiver, or having a motherly appeal on situations and in this episode of Greyââ¬â¢s Anatomy the creators reinforced this opinion. Russian Economy in the Aftermath of the Collapse of the Soviet Union Free Essays
string(73) " the conflict lessened in 2015, but the outcome still remains uncertain\." After the Soviet Union came to an end, politics and economics became closely intertwined within Russia. President Boris Yeltsin, his democratic supported, and his economic ministers wanted to prevent communism from returning and worked fix the unstable economy. In January 1992, Russia wished for liberalization. We will write a custom essay sample on Russian Economy in the Aftermath of the Collapse of the Soviet Union or any similar topic only for you Order Now In order to achieve liberalization, the Russians completely abolished controls over price in most consumer goods and privatized thousands of mines and factories. Yeltsin believed that ââ¬Å"shock therapyâ⬠would bring back widespread production prosperity, but his plan failed as prices increased by 250% on the first day, and production fell by 20%. Most estimates state that Russia produced ? to à ½ less output in 1996 than in 1991, and in 1998 the Russian economy crashed again due to the emergence of Asiaââ¬â¢s financial crisis. There were many reasons why rapid economic growth failed in Russia. Soviet industry was highly tilted towards military goods, many large factories were privatized, High inflation and poorly executed privatization gave the elite Oligarchs more wealth and power, while large numbers of people fell into poverty. Over the next years, Yeltsin increasingly became more unpopular as the majority of people sold their belongings just survive and found their savings to be worthless. Only with support form, the Oligarchs helped to keep Yeltsin in power. In the following years, Vladimir Putin became popular and was elected as president in 2000, and re-elected in March 2004. Putin maintained relatively liberal economic policies but re-established semi-authoritarian rule in Russia. His system was named an imitation democracy by critics because his government appeared to be democratic and masked the underlying authoritarian rule. Putin argued that his plans were meant to prevent chaos and corruption. Vladimir then combined strict politics with economic reform by restricting excesses of the Oligarchs, reducing corporate/business taxes, and improving the exports of oil and natural gas, all of which encouraged the growth of the middle class. However, in 2008 the decreased price of oil caused the Russian stock market collapse until it stabilized in 2010. Although Putinââ¬â¢s reformed improved the living condition standards, Putin downplayed Stalinââ¬â¢s actions and praised the Sovietââ¬â¢s accomplishments, ultimately creating Russian patriotism. Putin aggressively opposed the expansion NATO and the Commonwealth of the Independent States, but the governmentââ¬â¢s crackdown on independent media of using pro-government businessmen, caused the west to worry that Russia was returning to Soviet standards. Putin stepped down when his term expired in 2008, and he handed over his position as president to Dmitry Medvedev who picked Putin to be the prime minister. Putin later won the presidential election in March 2012 with over 60% of the vote and reinforced the Russian system of authoritarian central control. Developments and change in the East bloc countries were similar in Russia as they worked to replace socialism with market mechanisms and private property. Central planners created distribution goals and also set price controls, for the East bloc countries were adopting market-based economic systems, and looked for ways to privatize industries, farms, and businesses. Polandââ¬â¢s leaders returned ââ¬Å"shock therapyâ⬠which dramatically transformed their economies. Although Polandââ¬â¢s return to shock therapy created high inflation and lowered living standards that brought out strikes and protests among the general public, Poland had the Westââ¬â¢s financial support, and by the end of the decade, had one of the strongest economies in the East Bloc. inequalities between different groups in the East bloc, the young and old, and of the rich and poor increased all over, as well as crime, corruption, and gangs on the streets. Many people also wanted to return to the stability communism as it provided guaranteed jobs and social benefits to the people in the soviet union. On the other hand, tragedy swept across Yugoslavia after getting rid of communism. Many revolutions and protests began to break up Yugoslavia. Serbian president, Slobodan Milosevic, a former Communist official who centralized Serbian control, declared their independence and ordered the Yugoslavian army to invade both Slovenia and Croatia to prove Serbian control. They were ultimately forced to back out of Slovenia but managed to take 30% of Croatia. The civil war then spread to Bosnia-Herzegovina in 1992. Because many people did not want to live with or near Bosnian Muslims, the goal of ââ¬Å"ethnic cleansingâ⬠was set. The Yugoslavian army also attempted to ââ¬Å"cleanseâ⬠the areas of all non-Serbs, and even before the fighting in Bosnia ended, 300,000 people were dead and millions were forced out of their homes. In 1995, US president Bill Clinton helped create an accord that gave Bosnian Serbs 49% of Bosnia and gave Bosniaks the rest. Because Milosevic refused to remove militia from Kosovo, NATO began bombing Serbia in 1999. Serbia, therefore, deported 865,000 Kosovarans, but NATO eventually forced him to withdraw and allow the Kosovars to regain their homeland. NATO and the UN ended the 10-year Yugoslavian civil war, and Milosevic was later voted out of office, was put on trial in the Netherlands, and then died in 2006. In 2008, Kosovo declared its independence from Serbia, which only the US and the European Union recognized, while Serbia and Russia did not. Along with the collapse of Soviet Union, fourteen new independent republics were established and adopted part of liberal market capitalism. Color revolutions, such as the Rose revolution in Georgia that brought a pro-NATO, pro-Western leader to power, and the Orange revolution in Ukraine that expressed nationalist desires to be further distanced from Russia, also challenged Russian interests. Putin was aggressive when dealing with anti-Russian revolts, and in 2008, he ordered Russian troops to continually invade Chechnya, a small Muslim republic on the southern border of Russia. When revolutions broke out in Ukraine in 2014, Putin intervened the protests that were occurring in a valuable pro-Russian peninsula as armed rebels took over the capital and other cities within Ukraine and claimed ââ¬Å"Peopleââ¬â¢s Republics.â⬠The U.S. and the European Union punished Russia and the conflict lessened in 2015, but the outcome still remains uncertain. A worldwide business model was exemplified by Conglomerates, and the growth of independent technology was accompanied by the growth of international trade. This allowed the economy to flow through international borders, but these close connections also made the worldââ¬â¢s economy vulnerable to economic downturn. In 1997, a banking crisis starting in Thailand spread from one country to the next, and soon enough the whole world was in possibly the worst economic crisis since the great depression of the 1930s. Global economic pressures called for the expansion of European Union, which set financial criteria for all members of the EU and Monetary Union in the Maastricht Treaty, which created legal standards and anticipated the development of foreign affairs. Many people did not like the treaty, believing that it was undermining national customs and traditions and giving more power to the ââ¬Å"Eurocrats.â⬠Citizens also feared that joining the monetary union would call for budget cuts, but when voted on, the Treaty barely passed with 50.1% of the vote. Later in 2002, the euro became the new form of currency throughout Europe, and in 2004, the former East bloc members were included in the monetary union. The constitution that was rejected and replaced with the Treaty of Lisbon, which was similar to the old model but further encouraged the EU and its political structure, and marked the end of a 50-year effort to unify war-torn Europe that was finally united. The United Nation is consists of five permanent countries ââ¬â the United States, Great Britain, China, Russia, and France ââ¬â that can all veto resolutions. The World Bank and the International Monetary fund were made to rebuild Europe, but now instead they now offer loans to developing countries. The trio of nonprofit international financial institutions, the UN, the World Bank, and the Monetary Fund also began to gain power. World Trade Organization is one of the most powerful institutions, as it sets agreements on trade and the import/export of taxes over 150 countries, that helped manage a large percent of the worlds import-export policies. These institutions allowed for the emergence of nongovernmental organizations, and through the organizations are smaller and are financed through the government and private citizens, they still can leave a profound impact on the world and other organizations. The types of available jobs began to shift in western Europe and North America as many manufacturing jobs were beginning to disappear due to the many jobs that were leaning to a more modern service-oriented work rather than the previous industrial work. Deindustrialization in Europe also created an array of winners and losers within society, the winners being experts and professionals, and the losers being unskilled and unemployed. This inequality in jobs was often linked to race, ethnicity, and education opportunities, as new immigrants, young black men, and youths found it difficult to find a job. Geography also exemplified the unequal parts of globalization, as regions that successfully shifted to a post-industrial society (Northern Italy, Southern Germany, Austria) enjoyed prosperity, while regions that relied on heavy industry were lagging behind (East Bloc, Southern Italy, Spain, Greece). The protesters who marched during the meeting of the WTO in Washington, inspired the Occupy movement in the US in 2011, in which the protestors called themselves the ââ¬Å"99%â⬠who fought for social equality. Technology has also rapidly developed, having a major effect on communication, commerce, and politics. Leisure-time and entertainment grew tremendously, as the TV, DVDs, and video streaming became available. Popular broadcasting systems, such as BBC were forced to compete with rising private companies like Netflix. Music downloads and streaming audio replaced compact discs, and IPads and Kindles created a handheld portable library where ever you went. The Internet transformed communication, as technology like the smartphone, provides the functions of e-mail, texting, Facebook, and Twitter, to keep you connected with family, friends, and business. The Smartphone also surpassed the old-fashioned landline phone of the previous decades. Industries changes as people become more reliant on the internet to purchase goods. The rapid growth of the internet also allowed the government and businesses to use tracking systems to gain huge amounts of information and monitor individuals to target them with advertising. Since nearly everything is online, it would not be difficult for governmental or business secret to leak out onto the internet, which is why internet surveillance remains widely debated as it is strictly monitored and online access is limited in many authoritarian states such as North Korea, Iran, and Cuba. Throughout the world, populations continued to grow in many developing nations but began to decline in the industrialized nations. None of the 20 countries in the EU had birthrates above 2.0, averaging 1.55 children per woman. many women would wait to have children until their 30s to establish a job and finish education, but balancing work with raising children was harder than expected for them. The major decline in population forced the media to advertise for large families. The flow of immigrants also began to change. While some immigrants came to the UN legally with proper documentation, many others were smuggled over the borders, erupting as a critical and controversial issue all over the world. The economic problems in western Europe provided many immigrants with economic opportunity, which was a major factor in the increase of immigrants. Many immigrants fled to Europe to escape the civil wars in Iraq and Syria, but many of the undocumented immigrants who attempted to cross into Europe were turned back at the borders. Many illegal female immigrants who were lured over the borders by criminals who provided jobs were often trafficked and forced into prostitution. In 2015, tens of thousands of migrants entered Hungary, causing the migration issue to reach a crisis, and Europeââ¬â¢s ethnic makeup to diversify from the diasporas (permanently displaced ethnic groups). Immigrants were also divided into two groups, a small group with a good education who were well trained and could find a job, and the rest who didnââ¬â¢t have a good education and were crowded into poor housing. Multiculturalism called for new styles of film and fine arts, but music grew the most due to the many different cultures that blended together and entertained a huge audience. Immigration also created controversy and conflict regarding nationalism, jobs, and misuse of money during times of economic downfall in Western Europe. Concerns on immigration were now mixed with the fear of Muslim migrants and residents in Europe, who now outnumber the EUââ¬â¢s Protestant north and the Protestants in Europeââ¬â¢s Catholic south. Because of the 9/11 terrorist attack, fears of Muslim immigrants increases as Islamic State attacks continued to occur in Europe. Most of Europeââ¬â¢s Muslim population supported democracy and rejected violent extremists, but the increasing Muslim population posed as a threat to the Westââ¬â¢s liberal traditions of freedom of thought, toleration, separation of church and state, and equal rights for women and gay. Many Europeans had difficulty in understanding the values of Muslim spirituality, including the hijab and the growing number of mosques, which many leaders saw as a sign that they would not transition to Western culture. As the years went on, the Muslim population continued to grow, causing citizens to believe there were ââ¬Å"too many Arabsâ⬠in their countries, and making the public overestimate the number of Arabs in Europe. Thousands of Germans joined the anti-immigrant movement called Pegida. Muslims no longer felt welcome and were now considered outcasts in their adoptive countries, leading to high unemployment rates, discrimination, and exclusion in France. The minority argued against the anti-immigrant and anti-Muslim groups that they were racist, saying that Europe needed talented newcomers to reduce the decline in population and that the tolerance of others could create a stronger political and cultural acceptance. Essay Examples on First Love by John Clare Essay Example
Essay Examples on First Love by John Clare Paper 1st Essay Sample on First Love by John Clare This expressible poetry by a man, who has deep feelings for the one his soul loves, has more meaning hidden between the lines if the reader will take the time to savor it. The first two lines are simple enough. It was the very first time he ever felt a love go as deep as his soul as soon as he saw her face. It was love at first sight for him. He felt as though he could not move, breathe, and then she looked at him and nothing else in his life mattered anymore but knowing who she was.Being around her, the blood made his face flush and hot, and his eyes could see nothing but her. The rest of the world suddenly melted away until there was only the two of them. The words would not come from his mouth that he wished to say, the very words that were in his heart, so he hoped that the way he looked upon her with his eyes would be enough to let her know how he was feeling. He writes that she seemed to hear his silent voice. She must have been able to look into his eyes and see the love that was there. She must have been able to feel the love coming from his heart, without him speaking a word with his mouth. How wonderful for two to meet and fall so much in love and not to have to speak words to know that their hearts song is singing the same song.
